CANCELLATION POLICY 

Appointments cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment time will incur no charge.
Appointments cancelled 24 hours before scheduled appointment time will incur 50% charge. 
No call, no show will incur 100% charge.

Late Arrival 
We kindly ask that all clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment. If a guest arrives late, that time will be deducted from their treatment, out of respect for the following guest.
