To maintain fair booking availability for all guests, we respectfully ask for at least a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or reschedules of less than 24 hour notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the cost of the treatment/s, plus the 20% service charge.
A service charge of 20% will be added to the total of all treatments. The full amount of the service charge is given to your service provider and serves as their gratuity.
We kindly ask that all clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment. If a guest arrives late, that time will be deducted from their treatment, out of respect for the following guest.
For payment, we accept all credit cards and Apple Pay.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
